When you register your interest through our website we collect:

- Your selected role ("Certified Driver" or "Construction Business")

- Legitimate interest — to notify you when Opery launches in your area and to understand demand by location and role.
- Consent — by submitting the registration form you consent to receiving email communications from us about Opery. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 7).

Your data is stored securely with our email marketing provider, EmailOctopus, which processes data within the UK/EEA. We use encrypted connections (TLS) for all data in transit and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
5. How long we keep your data
We retain your data for as long as you remain subscribed to our mailing list. If you unsubscribe, we will delete your personal data within 30 days unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with:
- EmailOctopus — our email marketing platform, used to store contacts and send communications.
- Vercel — our website hosting provider, which may process server logs containing IP addresses.
We will never share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
